This isn't really a bug, but the layout is messed up in the market once you get into the window to send stuff to other players. Everything is located in the right half of that window.

Aside from it looking funny, it's also saying that you can send just under 1 million of any type of resources to another village (i.e. 999999 gems)

I'm not making light of this, but have you tried clearing out your browser and restarting?  That's fixed my problem with how the game lays out stuff in the panels more than once

You don't have to check the lay-out, I cleared my browser and it is back to normal.
I haven't heard anything about missing runes anymore, and didn't send/receive any runes myself... If it's still not fixed we'll probably hear when players can buy runes again.
