hallo , ik heb een probleem dat ik mijn crediets niet heb gekregen . ik heb crediets voor de 1x gekocht omdat ik er normaal niet voor ben want ik vind dit eigenlijk wat zakerij als ik eerlijk ben maar ik kon niet anders want lag te ver van mijn clan enz dus heb ik maar crediets gekocht maar ik heb ze niet allemaal gekrgen en vind het echt niet fijn. voor het geval dat je me niet geloofde dat ik crediets heb gekocht ga ik de mails/sites die ik heb gekregen doorsturen

Hallo,

Ik zie al wat er gebeurt is. Je moet een verschil zien tussen OneBip credits en Dolumar Credits. Momenteel heb je veel credits bij OneBip gekocht, maar je hebt slechts 1x 300 dolumar credits gekocht.

Als ik het goed begrijp heb je €20,50 krediet op OneBip gekocht, min 4 euro voor 300 Dolumar credits. Dat betekent dat je nu dus nog €16,50 onebip credits over. Die moet je nu nog omzetten in Dolumar credits door deze via het Dolumar credit systeem te kopen. Je moet hiervoor geen SMS'en meer sturen! Het krediet gaat automatisch van je OneBip account gaan.

hallo , ik eb wat moeite gehad met hier te geraken maar taz heeft me geholpen , maar ik vroeg me af hoe je het moest doen ? want het lukt me niet echt om die crediets over te zetten op dolu
